Gospel artiste commits suicide, leaves behind chilling message

A young gospel musician known as Yaw Mawuko Adjola, has committed suicide.

The musician left behind a heartbreaking suicide message, highlighting bouts of depression, hopelessness and struggles he had been dealing with silently.

The suicide note making rounds on social media saw Jacob revealing he had been struggling with his demons for the past two (2) years and deemed himself a failure to his family.

“I had to do it because I didn’t deserve to live. I failed woefully and nothing can solve any other mistake. I’ve been a deadman since 2022 and I have struggled my way through but as I gave my last worship in songs on earth to the Lord, I knew it was time to EXIT,” portions of his suicide note read.

He apologized to his family, church and friends for his actions adding, “I have disappointed all of you and I can’t defend my actions but I accept responsible (responsibility).”
