A video has popped up on social media platform X, of a Galamseyer sending a strong warning to protesters in Accra.
In the video, the young man is seen at a galamsey site with an excavator in the background busily working.
The young man speaking said, “The demonstrating issue that I talked about, and you people insulted me that I didn’t have sense, like the way you people are thinking that I don’t have sense you people don’t have sense at all, is the demonstration not happening in just Accra, come to Kumasi and do Demo, Come to Manso, go to Manso Nkwanta that you are demonstrating against galamsey and you will see”.
“Masa, if you are in your Accra stay in your Accra and panic and do you demo, when I am sharing my thoughts don’t come and insult me, what I said what wrong did I say, you people are just thinking about Accra, have you thought about those in the village or the people in Accra are you more than us in the villages your mother”, he added.
