Lawyer for Frederick Asante Nyarko father of a deceased Democracy Hub protester has called on the Inspector General of Police, George Akuffo Dampare to help identify the leaders of the Democracy Hub Protesters.
In an address to the Inspector General of Police, the lawyers for the deceased protester highlighted the need to gather key information about the organizers of the protest which took place on the streets of 37 in Accra.
According to the letter, Mr. Nyarko’s daughter lost her life because of the chaotic events surrounding the Democracy Hub protest on 21 September 2024, and identifying the conveners in charge is vital to pursuing justice for their client.
The legal team also detailed information provided will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and respect for the individuals involved.

We act as lawyers for Frederick Asante Nyarko, who lost his daughter in an untimely death on the 21st of September 2024 as a result of the actions of the demonstrations that took place on that day.
