Ghana is regarded as a Christian nation with a majority of its population being Christians.
It is popular to see Ghanaian Christians taking the advice of their pastors very seriously as they uphold them in high esteem.
Most often than not, Christians have been seen undertaking strange directions from their pastors. Some of these strange directions which have shocked Ghanaians are the bathing of church members, kissing of church members and the lashing of some of them.
The newest direction that has rocked Ghana and caused a stir in the country is the full painting of the faces of church members with powder.
So far, the church in question remains unknown but what still baffles most Ghanaians is the fact that some Christians still undergo or practice directives that are strange and would not be practiced by them in their regular lives.
With more questions than answers, are we practicing Christianity in Ghana or are these pastors brainwashing their members?
