The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Bernard Antwi Boasiako has revealed a piece of emotional news to Ghanaians.

Speaking on his station Wontumi TV, Chairman Wontumi, revealed he lost his son 2 months to the general elections in 2016.

“2016 two months to elections like this, I lost my child” Wontumi revealed.

According to him, his son dying just two months before the elections did not stop him from campaigning for then opposition Akufo-Addo.

Chairman Wontumi was reacting to Rev Owusu Bempah’s claims that the NPP was behind his arrest some years ago with Chairman Wontumi clarifying Nana Agradaa plotted to get Owusu Bempah arrested.
