Catholic archdiocese  call on religious groups to join in its  prayer walk on October 11

The catholic archdiocese and conferences of major superiors of Accra are calling on Catholics, religious groups and all well-meaning Ghanaians to join its much anticipated environmental prayer walk against illegal Mining on Friday October 11, 2024.

This move according to them is to raise awareness about the devastating effect of galamsey and advocate for president Akufo-Addo to declare a state of emergency.

Addressing the media here in Accra, president of Justice, peace and intervention for creation, Father Nicholas Aazam called on President Akuff Addo to walk the talk and adhere to the concerns of the citizenry
