Black Stars striker, Kwabena Owusu has advised Ghanaians to lay their frustrations at the doorsteps at leaders of the Ghana Football Association, following the Black Stars goalless draw against Sudan at the Baba Yara sports stadium on October 10, 2024 in the ongoing 2024 African Cup of Nations.

Reacting to the draw, considered a defeat by all standards, Kwabena Owusu said, “I know people are frustrated and blame the players, the truth must be told, and the problem has to do with the leaders with all due respect.”

As it stands now, the Black Stars have just one point in Group F after playing three games. The Black Stars have a chance to redeem themselves in the return leg against Sudan will be played at Martyrs of February Stadium, Benghazi, Libya.
