A Netizen has bites hard at the CEO of Zoomlion Ghana Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong who owes his workers over 9 months of salary arrears.
In a post on social media X, he criticized the CEO who is also an elder of the Church of Pentecost who pays his worker a chump change of GHC250.00 a month and still cannot pay his Zoomlion workers.
One of the leaders of Zoomlion works in an interview with Angel TV had earlier exposed the CEO of owing them 9 months of salary arrears saying, “Speaking now two persons have died, this Saturday we will be going to bury one, we don’t have money to buy medicine, we pick cars to work, our money is 250 cedis a month, and they are not able to pay”.
“We can’t use our strength to work and die leaving our money, the most painful part is when someone dies while working for Zoomlion they don’t even pay anything to the bereaved family. We do not have pension pay, we do not have any health insurance, if you are sick there is no designated hospital to go as a Zoomlion worker,” The leader of Zoomlion workers lamented.
The X user bemoaned the fact that the CEO after all this goes to church every Sunday to sing and pray to God while he owes his workers.
