Ghanaian content creator, Akwasi Kardashian has died of kidney failure.

The socialite who had been battling kidney failure for sometime now needed Ghc700,000 for his treatment but was unable to come up with the money, leading to his death.

This is according to blogger Sammy Kay.

Akwasi Kardashian in an earlier interview with Sammy Kay, he (Akwasi) had been coughing, vomiting, and saw his leg suddenly swelling. This led him to seek medical attention and that was when he was diagnosed with kidney failure.
