Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NDC, Augustus Andrews Nana Kwasi,has announced the NDC’s plan to establish a task force dedicated to protecting ballot boxes at each polling station during the elections.

“The task force is designed to make sure no party member run or snatch the ballot papers “
This move, he explained, is aimed at safeguarding the integrity of the election process and ensuring that every vote counts.
We are readily prepared for this election and winning the seat of Nhyiaeso Constituency” he stated.
This comes barely 24 hours after the former NDC chairman Yaw Owusu Obimpeh stated that they are going to resist any attempts by the NPP in the Ashanti Region to intimidate them in the upcoming December 7 general elections.
