Founder and leader of the Anointed Palace Chapel (APC), Rev Obofuor, has condemned government officials who chose to enrich themselves at the expense of the ordinary Ghanaian, labelling them “witches”.
Whilst delivering a sermon to his congregants, Obofuor stated, “We have MPs who are witches and we have presidents who are also witches, I am the one telling you. We have MP witches, teacher witches, and DCEs who are witches.”
According to the man of God only politicians who possess the spirit of witchcraft will opt to hide ill gotten wealthy in foreign banks, instead of using those monies to build schools, and build safe means of transport to school children.
“They are witches, they don’t have sympathy…they are demons. They use money meant for infrastructure development to buy tickets for women and we have communicators defending them,” he added.
According to him, Ghana is overrun by witchcraft and that is why everyone looks on whiles water bodies are destroyed.
He admonished men of God for choosing to keep quiet fearing for their wealth, instead of speaking against the ills of the country and its leaders.
