The study suggests that the NPP is positioned to outperform the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Based on the survey, the NPP is expected to secure 52% of all parliamentary seats, which would amount to around 144 out of the 276 available seats. On the other hand, the NDC is anticipated to win about 36% of the seats, translating to 99 seats. The study also indicated that 7% of respondents are unlikely to support either the NPP or the NDC, while 5% are inclined to vote for other candidates.

The research was conducted between August 15 and September 15, 2024, using a quantitative approach and covering the entire voting population of approximately 17 million registered voters. The researchers employed a Probability Proportional to Size (PPS) sampling method with implicit stratification, aiming to enhance the survey’s representation of the country and ensure cost-efficiency.

Outcomes International’s findings provide insight into the potential parliamentary landscape, suggesting a favorable outlook for the NPP heading into the elections.
