In a letter addressed to the NDC Johnson Asiedu Nketia signed by the Chairperson Madam Jean Mensa, they said, “As a Commission, we are of the view that the existing legal and administrative processes for cleaning the PVR have not been fully exhausted to justify the call for a forensic audit”,

The Electoral Commission (EC) in the statement assured the NDC and the Ghanaians of their commitment to deliver on their mandate. Also adding it has addressed most discrepancies identified in the Provisional Voter’s Register.
