There may be delays…yes
, allowance delayed is better than allowance cancelled and we will continue to make sure. I am working with the ministry of finance on a scheme and way to make sure we don’t have delays (in paying allowances). So I am hoping that we can eliminate this issue of delays for all of you.

There is a lot more we are going to do to help the healthcare system when I become president I want to continue to empower all of you to improve your conditions of service” he stated.

Dr. Bawumia pledged to also re-introduce the car import duty waiver for nurses which was cancelled by former president Mahama. “The car import duty waiver for nurses… I am bringing it back.”
