Bernard Mornah a failed Presidential candidate of the People’s National Convention (PNC), has disclosed that his disqualification by the EC has sent his uncle in the village into a coma.

Speaking to Peace FM in an interview he stated, “As we speak, my uncle in the village is in a coma because of the news I have been disqualified. I do not know as of now if he has recovered but that is the situation with people who are very hopeful of my presidency”

He stated that the EC chair Madam Jean Mensa intentionally prohibited him from contesting in the 2024 elections.

“Other candidates were called to come and make some corrections on their nomination forms, and I was also called. We rectified those errors and sent the forms back to the EC, but I am shocked Jean Mensa I worked with since 2003 could do this to me” he said.
