In an energetic move to express their grievances over the poor mismanagement of the country by the ruling government, over 30 lecturers from the University of Ghana, University of Professional Studies (UPSA) and the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) have publicly thrown their support behind former President John Dramani Mahama in the upcoming December general election.

The campaigners were seen distributing NDC paraphernalia and T-shirts to drivers, commuters in traffic, and pedestrians along key routes between Okponglo and Shaishi, as well as in front of the University of Ghana.
