This was an effort from the labour group to appeal for assistance from the flagbearer of the ruling NPP party Dr. Bawumia over the economic hardships they are currently facing.

Ironically, the drivers who are said to represent a significant voting bloc in the area, express their support for Dr. Bawumia’s bid in the upcoming 2024 presidential elections.
