Is the NDC at loggerheads with me – Otumfuo asks

Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II has questioned his relationship status with the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

According to him (Otumfuo), there has been a strain on the relationship between himself (Otumfuo) and the NDC ever since they lost the 2016 elections.

Otumfuo indicated that NDC no longer visits him ever since going into opposition, with the party also failing to formally introduce Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang to him after her nomination as running mate.

“I asked myself: ‘Is the NDC at loggerheads with me after going into opposition?’ They no longer visit me. I heard Naana had been elected as the running mate, but they had not come to introduce her to me,” portions of his comment read.
