The Ghanaian attained this feat in 8 hours with a total of 27 heads. She challenged the record in March 2024 at Ashongman Estate, Accra.
For professionals, hair locking, also known as dreadlocking, is a time-consuming process that requires precision, creativity, and speed—qualities that Ansah clearly demonstrated in her record-setting performance.
After careful review, by officials from Guinness World Records, her achievement was confirmed.
