The Ghana Grid Company LTD (GRIDCo) and the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) have attributed the current intermittent power supply, known as ‘dumsor’, to technical challenges at the Ghana National Gas Company’s (GNGC) Gas Processing Plant in Atuabo.]
Recently, many areas have faced power outages due to limited gas supply for generation.

In a joint statement, GRIDCo and ECG expressed their sincere apologies for the disruptions and reassured the public that GNGC engineers are actively working to resolve the issue and restore full gas supply.
