The$58 million state cathedral project has been turned into a temporary swimming pool. What was intended to be a symbol of national pride has instead become a site for entertainment. as demonstrators from the ‘Enough is Enough’ movement visited the site and took a swim. . A video circulating on social media shows people diving into the water that has accumulated in the construction site, which has been left unattended .This situation raises serious concerns about the management of the project and the effective use of taxpayer funds. In addition to the cathedral’s construction costs, millions were spent demolishing existing buildings to make way for this project. With the site now resembling an unintended swimming pool, questions about the project’s feasibility and oversight are more pressing than ever.
