The presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has been preaching to Ghanaians ahead of the December 7 elections.
According to Dr. Bawumia, referring to the Bible God used Cyrus to help the people of Israel, and he believes God used him to help the people of Ghana.
Speaking on the campaign platform, Dr. Bawumia stated, “Not too long, on December 7 we are going to vote, to choose our president and our parliamentarians, we all know that it is God who makes kings, it is not us humans, so whatever we are going to do we must put God in front”.
“As humans, we cannot do a lot of things, but with God, all things are possible, as it is said in the bible, his ways are not our ways a lot of things he does we might not understand but l believe that if you look how God in the Bible used Cyrus to help the people of Isreal, I also believe God will use Dr. Bawumia to help the people of Ghana”, he added.
The vice president further added, “It has been 8 years the job we have been in Ghana, and it is time for us to elect our members of parliament and president, I want you to back me with prayers to become the president of Ghana”.
“I am begging you to pray for me to support me, the things we are doing we are not done with them, the Free SHS I will protect it, and I will add some to it to bring peace to all Ghanaians”, he emphasized.
Meanwhile, Ghanaians go to the polls in 9 days to decide their next president and their members of parliament for the next four years.
